Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was amazing, being right in the heart of Centro Historico and within walking distance to all the historic squares and buildings. The service was top-notch, with the staff being universally helpful and kind. The dining experience was delightful, especially with the included fresh fruit, yogurt, and banana bread. I only wish my room had more natural light, as it had no window and only a small skylight, but overall, a fantastic experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, with a jacuzzi and a super comfy bed spread along a series of courtyards, but my ground floor room faced a public courtyard, limiting privacy. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff providing valuable local information. The location in the city center was convenient, but the nearby public spaces could be loud. The dining experience in the courtyards was delightful, offering traditional Mexican breakfast options. However, some facilities were lacking in comparison to the price paid.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were not soundproof, but I did enjoy a very comfortable king bed with great pillows and enough blankets. However, there was a slight issue with a smelly odor right outside my room. The service provided was exceptional and the location was absolutely ideal for exploring the area. The dining experience was wonderful, and the facilities were top-notch.
